So, if my cat, Sephy, has fallen off the fence into my neighbors yard, and she gets stuck and has done this three times does she need help?

1. She is DUMB.
2. Do they have classes for special needed kitties?
3. My cat really needs help.
4. Are there other cats like her out there?
5. Is there a sign up sheet I can get for her?
